لزومی نداره برای احترام به فرهنگ خود فرهنگ دیگران را زیر پا بذاریم ٬با تمام احترامی که برای فردوسی قائلم ولی باید بگم که شیر شتر و سوسمار خوردن هم در جهان امروزی نمیتونه معیاری برای بیفرهنگی باشه! بهمان اندازه که کله پاچه خوردن ما دلیلی بر بیفرهنگی بودنمان نیست! از عجایب روزگار اینه که ملت ما بیش از سی سالیست که فرهنگ و هویت عربی بر ان غالب شده و کسی هم شاکی نیست!!! ولی در مورد خلیج فارس٬ حساسیت بقدریست که مارا تبدیل به ملتی نژاد پرست کرده و راه حل را در کوبیدن دیگران میبینیم٬ در حالیکه مشکل جای دیگریست! بقول شاعر ٬ عدو در خانه و ما گرد جهان میگردیم......!!!!؟؟؟؟

ببینید وقتی فقط شخصی را مورد اهانت قرار بدیم موضوع شاید چندان مهم نباشه و ممکنه ناشی از عصبانیت باشه و صرفا یک توهین باقی میماند٬ ولی زمانی که ملتی یا فرهنگی را مورد اهانت قرار بدیم٬ موضوع بدین سادگی نیست و در جهان امروزی نژاد پرستی خوانده میشه٬ و از لحاظ حقوقی و سیاسی بشدت مردوده و جایی برای عرضه نداره و در نهایت نتیجه ای جز منزوی کردن هواداران این منطق بهمراه نداره٬ نمونه بارزآن جناب رئیس جمهور محبوب خودمانه!! که با این گونه اظهارات ابلهانه و پاک کردن اسرائیل از نقشه جهان سعی در حل مسائل دارند!!!! در زمان فردوسی دیپلماسی وجود نداشت بنابراین مخالفتها در زبان شعر و نقاشی و... نمایان میشد ولی الان خیلی فرق میکنه زبان امروز زبان دیپلماسیه٬ بدون دیپلماسی صحیح و با مخالفتهای صرفا لفظی و فیسبوکی ما متاسفانه نه تنها مشکلی حل نمیشه بلکه مارا بیشتر به انزوا میکشونه٬ اعتقاد من اینه که مشکل خلیج فارس صرفا یک مشکل داخلیه و ربطی بدیگران نداره که فرهنگشان را مورد اهانت قرار بدیم

کدام ابهت؟ لحظه ای به اطراف خود نگا کنید چطور ملت برای سرمایه گذاری و اباد کردن دبی و قطر دارند سر و گردن میشکنند٬ با این ملت میخواهید به ستیز اعراب بپردازید! یا ابهت مان را نشان بدهید؟ متاسفانه حقیقت اینه! ابهتی اگر بوده مربوط به این دوران ما نیست و نباید به استناد انها بر دیگران فخر بورزیم! یونان را نگاه کنید ٬ گذشته شان اگر پر افتخار تر نباشه ٬ قطعا کم افتخارتر نیست! اگر قرار بود غرور ملی شان گره مشکلاتشان را بگشاید که الان تو این لجن اقتصادی دست و پا نمیزدند٬ ولی میبینیم که اینطوری نیست چرا چون ورق برگشته و چاره انها در زمان حالشان است و کسی دیگر برای خاطرارسطو و افلاطون وسقراتشان از بدهی هایشان نمیگذرد!!! در ضمن هیچوقت بابت بزرگانشان که بمراتب تعددشان از بزرگان ما خیلی بیشتر بوده ٬ دیگران را تحقیر نکرده اند!! و خود را برتر و با ابهت تر حس نکرده اند

فستیوال صلح در برلین

"فستیوال جهانی صلح" که در روز ۲۰ اوت (۲۹ مرداد) با چند برنامه‌ی هنری آغاز شده بود، روز ۲۷ اوت (۵ شهریور) به پایان رسید
با وجود اینکه برنامه‌گزاران از نتایج فستیوال راضی هستند و می‌گویند که انگیزه‌ی آنها برای ادامه‌ی کار چند برابر شده است، رسانه‌های آلمان به این فستیوال توجه چندانی نشان ندادند و بیشتر به نظرات مخالفان آن پرداختند.

چند هفته پیش از آغاز برنامه‌ها، تام الیور، بانی و مدیر فستیوال، در نشستی مطبوعاتی، مورد انتقاد خبرنگاران و سازمان‌های پشتیبان صلح قرار گرفته بود. به‌ویژه پیشنهاد الیور، مبنی بر پرداخت مالیات فروش اسلحه به قربانیان جنگ و درگیری‌های مسلحانه با مخالفت روبرو شد. او پیشنهاد داده بود که شرکت‌های تولید‌کنند‌ه‌ی اسلحه در جهان ده‌ درصد از درآمد خود را در اختیار سازمان ملل بگذارند.

خانم دکتر سهیلا اکباتانی

خانم دکتر سهیلا اکباتانی، متخصص کودکان و فوق تخصص خون و عروق. خود این خانم در یکی از مناطق و همسرش که ا و هم فوق تخصص در یک زمینه دیگه بود ، در یکی دیگر از مناطق محروم، بیماران را معاینه میکردند. از نزدیک شاهد بودم که این خانم با چه علاقه ...,عشق و دقتی اطفال را با کمترین حق طبابت معاینه میکرد و هم زمان با کودک و مادر صحبت میکرد و توصیه های لازم را برای بهبودی میکرد . در صورتی که خیلی راحت هر دو میتونستند در یکی از بهترین مناطق تهران بیشترین درامد را داشته باشند.

مردم ژاپن بیش از سه میلیارد «ین» پیدا شده پس از سونامی در این کشور را به همراه گاوصندوق‌هایی که حاوی بیش از دو میلیارد ین به دولت بازگرداندند.

دبیرستان بودم، مجله دانشمند یک ویژه نامه در مورد ژاپن منتشر کرد هنوز هم لذت خواندن مطالب ان شماره در وجودم است.... برنامه های ژاپن را بعد از جنگ مرور میکرد. حدود ۱۱ سال بعد از تسلیم شدن ژاپن، بیشترین بودجه تخصیص داده شده مربوط به آموزش و پرورش بوده است. نتیجه این شده است که افرادی تربیت شدند که به صورت آگاهانه وظایف اجتماعی خود را میدونستند و احتیاجی به کنترل مداوم نداشتند .

May 13, 1953 • C.I.A. and British intelligence officers meet in Nicosia, Cyprus, to draft plans for the coup. Meanwhile, the C.I.A.'s Tehran station is granted approval to launch a "grey propaganda" campaign to discredit the Mossadegh government. ۵ مرحله خواب

مرحله 1
مرحله 1 شروع چرخه خواب و نسبتاً مرحله سبک و خفیفی از خواب است. مرحله 1 را می‌توان به صورت دوره گذار بین بیداری و خواب در نظر گرفت. در مرحله 1، مغز امواج تتا تولید می‌کند که امواجی با دامنه بلند و خیلی کند هستند. این مرحله از خواب، تنها مدّت زمانی کوتاهی در حدود 5 تا 10 دقیقه طول می‌کشد و اگر در این مرحله کسی را از خواب بیدار کنید احتمالاً به شما خواهد گفت که خواب نبوده است!

مرحله 2
دومین مرحله خواب تقریباً 20 دقیقه طول می‌کشد. مغز شروع به تولید امواج منظم و سریعی می‌کند که به نام دوک‌های خواب معروفند. دمای بدن شروع به کاهش و ضربان قلب شروع به کندشدن می‌کند.

مرحله 3
امواج مغزیِ عمیق و کند به نام امواج دلتا در خلال مرحله 3 خواب شروع به پدیدار شدن می‌کنند. مرحله 3، دوره گذار بین خواب سبک و خواب بسیار عمیق است.

مرحله 4
مرحله 4 گاهی به نام خواب دلتا خوانده می‌شود زیرا امواج مغزی کندی که به نام امواج دلتا معروفند در این مرحله تولید می‌شوند. مرحله 4، مرحله خواب عمیق است که در حدود 30 دقیقه طول می‌کشد. راه رفتن در خواب و خیس کردن رختخواب معمولاً در پایان مرحله 4 خواب اتفاق می‌افتد.

مرحله 5
اغلب خواب دیدن‌ها در طول مرحله پنجم خواب که خواب REM (حرکت سریع چشم) خوانده می‌شود روی می‌دهد مشخصه خواب REM، حرکت چشم‌ها، تندتر شدن تنفس و افزایش فعالیت مغز است. خواب REM به نام خواب نابه روال (یا متناقض) نیز خوانده می‌شود زیرا در حالی که مغز و سایر سیستم‌های بدن فعالتر می‌شوند، عضلات شل‌تر می‌گردند. علت خواب دیدن هم افزایش فعالیت مغز است امّا عضلات ارادی بی‌حرکت می‌شوند.
نکته قابل ذکر این است که فرایند خواب، این مراحل را به ترتیب پشت سر نمی‌گذارد. خواب از مرحله 1 شروع می‌شود و سپس به مراحل 2، 3 و 4 می‌رود. پس از مرحله 4 و قبل از وارد شدن به مرحله 5 یا همان خواب REM، مرحله 3 و به دنبال آن مرحله 2 خواب تکرار می‌شوند. پس از خاتمه خواب REM، بدن معمولاً به مرحله 2 خواب باز می‌گردد. در طول شب، خواب انسان تقریباً 4 یا 5 بار بین این مراحل می‌چرخد.
ما به طور میانگین 90 دقیقه پس از به خواب رفتن وارد مرحله 5 یا خواب REM می‌شویم. نخستین چرخه خواب REM ممکن است تنها زمان کوتاهی به طول بیانجامد امّا هر چرخه از چرخه قبل طولانی‌تر می‌شود به نحوی که خواب REM می‌تواند تا نزدیک به یک ساعت پایدار بماند.

حتی یک بار هم نخواسته‌ایم بدانیم که نه آمریکا و نه انگلستان حتی یک سرباز و یک نیروی نظامی هم برای کودتا وارد ایران نکردند، چون هم‌میهنان و هموطنان عزیز ایرانی‌مان بودند و نیازی به آوردن آمریکایی و انگلیسی از لندن و واشنگتن نبود. سؤال خیلی ساده که ما حتی یک بار هم از خودمان نکرده‌ایم این است که در فاصله 8 صبح که لمپن‌ها به راه می‌افتادند تا ساعت 30/12 که رادیو تهران و کاخ نخست‌وزیری سقوط می‌کنند، آن ده‌ها هزار نفری که 13 ماه قبلش در حمایت از مصدق، خیابان‌های مرکزی تهران را به خون خود آغشته کرده بودند، در آن سه چهار ساعت حساس کجا بودند؟

یکی از شخصیت های جالب توجه در این کودتا برای من دکتر حسین فاطمی است، تنها کسی که اصرار به اعدام او بعد از کودتا بوده است ....

بودجه تخصیص داده شده به این کودتا یک میلیون دلار بوده ولی حدود یک پنجم این بودجه خرج میشه که کلی باعث تعجب آمریکایها میشه که اینهمه خائن ارزون قیمت و بعضا مفت در ایران بوده !!!!!!!!!!!!!!


من قبلا فکر میکردم که آنچه که باعث میشه که یک کشور ,صنعتی بشه وجود متخصصین و مراکز صنعتی است ولی بعدها متوجه شدم که مهمتر از تمام اینها، آگاهی مردم یک کشور است که ان کشور را میسازه

آبادانی

من در علم و صنعت یک هم کلاسی آبادانی داشتم که الان هنوز هم یکی از دوستان بسیار خوب من هست. برای اولین بار که آبادان رفتم چند روز پیش او بودم تمام تلاشم این بود که حتمن جاهای مهم آبادان و خرمشهر را خودم برم و از نزدیک ببینم و تا آنجا که ممکن است مزاحم کار و زندگی او نباشم. اینکه بهترین غذاهای خوزستان را در خانه آنها خوردم بماند مهم تر از ان صمیمیتی بود که هم در خانه و هم در کوچه و خیابون میدیدم. یک روز که با هم به خرمشهر رفته بودیم ازم پرسید که فلافل خوردم خلاصه رفتیم سراغ یکی که کنار خیابان فلفل درست میکرد و میفروخت. وقتی منتظر بودیم تا آمده بشه و داشتیم با هم حرف میزدیم فروشنده از من پرسید که از کجا آمدم؟ وقتی فهمید از تهران به دوست من گفت این رسم مهمونداری است که دوست تهرانیت را آوردی کنار خیابون بهش فلافل بدی!!! من خوشمزه ترین فلافل را همون جا از همون فروشنده کنار خیابون خوردم

سالگرد بازگشت «آزادگان»

مرداد ماه بیست و دومین سالگرد بازگشت «آزادگان» به ایران است. با احترام تمام سر تعظیم فرود می آورم به تمام کسانی که از کشور دفاع کردند و آرزومندم که در آینده، با تدبیر و اندیشه، ایران و تمامی جهان از هر جنگ و خونریزی در امان باشد.

یادم نیست دقیقن کجا ولی تو علم و صنعت جایی بود که عکس دانشجویان دانشگاه را زده بودند که در جنگ شهید شده بودند. من هنوز هم بهشون فکر میکنم.
یادم است که یکی از درجه داران ارتش را تلویزیون آوردند که بعد از ۲۲ سال از اسارت برگشته بود!!! چقدر این شخص آرامش داشت....
من به هیچ وجه کاری به سیاست و سیاستمداران ندارم. برای من کسانی مهم هستند که با گذاشتن از جانشان از کشورشون دفاع میکنند کاری که من نمیتونم انجام بدم بهتر است من همین جا موضع خودم را شفاف اعلام کنم من با هیچ جنگی موافق نیستم و این که اصلا دو کشوری که وجوه مشترک تاریخی ،فرهنگی ، مذهبی ، ... زیادی دارند چرا باید ۸ سال با هم بجنگند برام جای سوال است

Stereotypes

I have a very similar experience too. For my first job here in Canada, the hiring manager interviewed me for two hours and ten minutes and asked what he could possibly think of about automotive... industry. Finally, he turned around and said,"you have answered all my questions with utmost knowledge but I still have one gray area, do you guys really have auto industry in Iran'. At that point I just lost it and said, 'Listen to me, do you know what a camera-phone is? (this was early '02). He replied, 'Well we do have digital cameras and phones if that's what you mean'. I said, No camera-phone is this and that and by the way, we have it there for the last two years and there isn't supporting infrastructure for it here and that's why YOU don't have it. He was so ashamed and apologized ten times for being so ignorant. I always felt good about how I gave it to him and the HR gal :)

long time a go, for my first job in Canada , I took a job at a local college, the dean was introducing me and she said that I was from Iran and I am a computer Engineer, an always hated student, grined unbeautifully and said semi loudly " I didn't know they have computers in Iran?" and I replied calmly, "when your ancestors were wiping their butt with corn we had air condition in Iran, never mind now!!!, they gyu never said anything again until his graduation and teh dean was so pleased that finally someone could have stopped the negative Nelly!!! یکی از دوستان که حدود ۳ سال پیش به فرانکفورت آمده بود تعریف میکرد که در اولین روز معارفه وقتی من را به عنوان یک ایرانی معرفی کردند و در مورد تخصصم به عنوان یک فرد آکادمیک صحبت شده، یکی برگشته صریحا پرسیده که مگه ایران دانشگاه هم داره؟ !!!برای شخص خود من هم خیلی پیش آمده که در مورد ایران پرسیدن. تصوری که اینها از ایران دارن در مجموع این است که یک کشور بیابانی شبیه خیلی از کشور های عربی است و فکر میکنن در خیلی از نقاط ایران هنوز مردم سوار شتر میشن .... البته تمام اینها دلیل داره و مهم ترینش این است که ما در سالهای گذشته ارتباطات چندانی نداشته یم و در نتیجه برنامه ریزی برای معرفی ایران و فرهنگ ایرانی هم کم بوده. تبلیغات منفی اینها هم در مورد ایران بی تاثیر نبوده...مهم ترین سوال هایی که از خود من پرسیدن این بوده که آیا در همه جای ایران اینترنت هست ؟خانوم ها حق رای دارن ؟ خانوم ها در دانشگاه درس میخونن ؟ خانوم ها رانندگی میکنن ؟ خانوم ها کار میکنن ؟ و وضعیت حقوقی ، اجتماعی، فرهنگی ، ... چه جوریه ؟البته بیشتر مواقع این صحبت ها دو طرفه بوده و این ها هم به مشکلاتی که دارن اشاره میکنن، مثلان اینکه حقوق خانم ها حدود ۲۰ تا ۳۰ درصد کمتر از آقایون هم رتبه کار هست و کسی هم علت را نمیدونه!!!! و این که خیلی از کارفرمایان هنوز ترجیح میدن آقایون را استخدام کنن چون مشکلات برداری ، خانواده و مرخصی های مربوط به ان را نخواهند داشت.....
